About us

N&A Consulting is a 14-year-old Consultancy primarily focused on developing both domestic and international payment solutions. We provide technical and business management of large-scale infrastructure change in the payment space as well as assisting clients in the sale and acquisition of businesses or merchant portfolios. The company is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and is headed by Paul Noblett who, with over 30 years of industry experience, was instrumental in the technical and business development of MBNA, MasterCard, and NaBANCO(FFMC/FDC).

PAUL W. NOBLETT, founder of N&A Consulting, has been a key figure in the transaction services and communications industries for over 30 years. With experience ranging from systems management at what today is MBNA to being the General Manager of MasterCard’s Worldwide Operations, Paul has had hands-on responsibility for many of the systems and operational enhancements developed in the industry.

More recently, Paul managed the sales and operations of NaBANCO (now First Data Merchant Services). During his most recent three year tenure there, the company more than doubled revenue and pre-tax net.

Paul gets involved in every project the organization undertakes. This personal commitment to excellence is the essence of N&A Consulting.

MIKE McCORMACK, Executive Vice President. Mike is N&A Consulting's specialist in Card Association operations, systems and regulatory affairs, merchant acquiring accounting systems and Internet/data communications network implementations. His background with XO Communications (formerly Concentric Network Corporation), one of the largest national Internet providers, has afforded him a unique experience within the data communications and transaction services industry. While at Concentric, he managed the implementation and service rollout of dial and dedicated access and hosting services for a dozen major accounts, including Microsoft/WebTV, Inuit, Qwest, Vanguard, and Southwestern Bell.

Previously at Wells Fargo Bank, Mike was an officer in the Merchant Services and Transaction Processing Divisions. Mike was Senior Project Manager for Wells Fargo’s Alliance conversion with First Data Corporation, and helped develop and implement the Alliance structure that First Data employs today. Mike managed Networks Association Affairs and Compliance and had full responsibility for the Acquiring Groups Operations, Systems, and Financial interactions with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Interlink, Maestro, and Star System. Mike also served as Wells Fargo’s representative on the Visa Interlink and Maestro Operations Committees and managed the merchant acquiring component of Mondex chip-based smart card product.

Mike's experiences in data communications, card networks and transaction processing provides N&A Consulting with an unparalleled experience and expertise in the acquiring industry.

PAUL “PW” NOBLETT, Vice President. PW has over ten years of sales and marketing experience in the technology industry with a principal focus in the telecommunications/payments switching sector. Over the years, PW has been involved in numerous marketing initiatives, product development, and employee training programs designed to broaden exposure within new markets, expand the effectiveness of the sales force, and tailor product lines for increased customer impact.

Having held both management and customer-facing positions with key players such as MCI, AT&T, and Cable & Wireless, PW is able to leverage a core understanding of how product development and packaging must be balanced against customer needs and industry-specific nuances.

At N&A Consulting, PW serves a critical role in the development of new concepts, products and associated technologies as a whole or individually, with a particular interest in protecting the user-level interface while engineering for adaptation to future market demands. In addition to managing many facets of the projects based in his area of expertise, PW’s research and networking ability in the technology sector has proven to be an asset in the creation and development of the introduction of many new products into the payments marketplace.

RON LEVITT, Chief Financial Officer. Ron brings significant industry and hands-on accounting management experience. Over the past 12 years, Ron has been the CFO for several of the industry's fastest growing firms, as well as having extensive involvement with over 20 mergers and acquisitions as part of MCI's aggressive growth strategy. In addition, as Director of Finance and Treasury Services for MCI, Ron has substantial experience in securing private and public debt facilities.

TARA HOUCK, Vice President of Portfolio Sales. Tara has over fifteen years experience in the payments industry. While at Us Data Capture, Tara was Vice President of Sales and Acquisitions which lead to the development of 45 potential acquisitions with over 2 billion in bankcard volume.

Previously, as Vice President of ISO Channel Sales, Tara helped develop and launch the sales effort to MSPs and ISOs for Card Systems. Prior to Card Systems, Tara was Executive Vice President and owner for Meramak Bankcard for 10 years, which is still in operation today.

Tara's extensive sales and marketing experience in payment processing solutions provides N&A Consulting with an invaluable asset. Tara's primary areas of focus within N&A Consulting are portfolio sales, exit strategies and partnerships.

DONNA BEATTIE, Executive Assistant. With twenty five years of office management experience, Donna has been with N&A Conslulting for over eleven years and is an integral part of the organization. Donna handles scheduling, billing, investment management/coordination, and many other operational functions. Her organizational skills and tenacity are tremendous assets to N&A Consulting.

MIKE ROSENBLOOM, Chief Legal Counsel. Mike has over 10 years of executive leadership and corporate legal experience in the electronic payments industry. Most recently, Mike served as General Counsel at Abanco International, LLC. At Abanco, Mike played critical legal and regulatory roles in the acquisition of several independent sales organizations and merchant portfolios. Mike also served as a member of the Executive Committee responsible for growing all of Abanco's sales channels, and eventually positioning the sale of a 15,000 merchant portfolio. Mr. Rosenbloom has extensive regulatory experience in all forms of electronic payments. Prior to Abanco, Mike served as General Counsel for Baltimore-based Nationwide Check and Credit Card Services.

Mr. Rosenbloom received his undergraduate degree and law degree from the University of Illinois and is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Maryland.

ASHLEY ARNOLD, Business Analyst. Ashley assists with Financial Analysis and building Valuation/Indifference Modeling processes. Ashley brings with her Financial Consulting experience with extensive knowledge in the retail industry. Her expertise is in building and analyzing financial spreadsheets in addition to assisting clients in their various needs. She is well-versed in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, and data variance analysis. Ashley also has experience in retail store management. She has received two Master's Degrees; an MBA with a concentration in Finance and a Master's Degree in Economics.
